14 Planters Moon in WaterSound West Beach. SunTrust Bank Owned property sold for $694,900 on July 19.2011. This was a fantastic buy for the amazing property in WaterSound West Beach.
This seems like a great deal. We mainly stay at Rosemary Beach, but like Watersound as well. The only problem I have with Watersound is it almost seems to secluded. Does the market seem to picking up at Watersound?

The entire beach has been picking up since 2010. We have sold a tremendous amount of REOs and Short Sales and the inventory is drying up. Planters Moon is in WaterSound West Beach and was a bit over built for the West Beach community. WaterSound West Beach has sold 10 homes this year, 7 are under contract and only 4 are for sale. Price point has been in the mid-$400K to mid-$600K range. Planters Moon was a $1.5mil quality home.
WaterSound Beach has also sold a lot of properties. Both the distressed inventory and the high end inventory is selling. 113 Founders Lane just sold for $5.7mil today…cash buyer!
