   recently I was at sunbird am interested in this unit but noticed on history at one time it was offered at 86000 dollars at lowest foreclosed offer, why id it rebound back to 101 000 the unit is in very bad repair and would need considerable funds to get it in living condition , I would be very intertested in making a offer on this condo on lowest listed price, can you tell me why it was repriced at higher amount after it was returned to list after an obvious offer was made and didnt pan out my offer would be a cash deal so let me know if its still availabe at 86 000 thought it might be a mistake when it was returned to the market thanks peggy allen

   Can I get a little more info on the above condo Unit 301W, Sunbird Unit? Are there any rental restrictions? Also, any others you might know of that are waterfront foreclosures, etc.?

     Tom,

     Sunbird 301W has already sold as a short sale. The only rental restrictions are 3 night minimums at the condo complex. Sunbird is a popular condo on the eastern end of Panama City Beach.
