First of all, a big Thank You for all of the valuable info on this site. I put an offer on a ss in Nov 09. It was accepted by the seller right away and continued into the BofA abyss. Our file has been escalated and last I heard is BofA countered back to remove some "nickle and dime" issues per the listing agent's ss specialist. We are also in the final approval stages of the second with Chase. My question is, do you know what stage this file is in from this info? Are we nearing the end of the process or am I wasting my time? I would greatly appreciate any feedback you could give.
